Vivo has launched its first foldable smartphone – X Fold in China. The foldable smartphone comes with an 8-inch AMOLED display powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The X Fold S is another upgraded version of X Fold with better features and specifications.
Vivo X Fold S – Another Successor from a Leading Brand
Vivo X Fold S is the second foldable phone from the leading brand. According to the reports, the device would launch in China sooner with upgraded specs. The foldable phone has an internal processor of Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. This new debut from Vivo supports 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. The company claims that the phone will come with a dual ultrasonic sensor in-display fingerprint sensor.
The other specifications, however, would remain the same as X Fold. The only difference can be the display size measuring 8.03-inch with an AMOLED display. The latest smartphone will have a pixel resolution of up to 1916 x 2160 and a 120Hz refresh rate. The external part of the display will have a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The primary camera features a quad-camera with a 50MP main camera, a 48MP ultra-wide camera, an 8MP periscope camera, and a 12MP telephoto camera. The front camera comes with a 16MP front camera. Vivo X Fold S will have a battery of 4600mAh.
