OnePlus has been known to release budget-friendly smartphones with top-of-the-line features under their Nord lineup. Recently, rumors have surfaced about the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3, which is said to be undergoing internal testing in India. According to Yogesh Brar, a reliable tipster, the Nord 3 could launch in India within the next six to eight weeks.

In this article, we’ll discuss the leaked specifications, features, and other information about the OnePlus Nord 3.

OnePlus Nord 3 India Launch: Anticipated Date and Price

The OnePlus Nord 3 5G is said to be the next flagship phone in the Nord series in India, and it could launch in the coming months. According to Brar, the Nord 3 is currently being tested in India and other international markets. While there is no official confirmation from the company, Brar has stated that the launch event for Nord 3 will take place within the next six to eight weeks.

The tipster has also provided an estimated price range for the phone, which is expected to be between Rs 30,000 and Rs 40,000 in India. Currently, the most expensive model in the Nord lineup is the base model of the Nord 2T 5G, which costs Rs 28,999 for 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The 12GB RAM variant costs Rs 33,999. Given the rising prices of smartphones in recent times, it is expected that the Nord 3 will cost more than the previous model.

OnePlus Nord 3 Specifications and Features

According to the leaks, the OnePlus Nord 3 is rumored to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 2V, which was launched earlier this year in China. It is said to come with a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC under the hood.

The phone is expected to pack a 5000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. On the back, it will reportedly feature a triple camera setup consisting of a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. However, if it is a rebadged Ace 2V, it may not support optical image stabilization (OIS). For selfies, the Nord 3 is said to sport a 16MP front camera sensor.

While Brar did not mention the RAM or storage options, it is speculated that the phone may be available in India with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is also expected to come pre-installed with OxygenOS 13.1 based on Android 13.

Final Thoughts

The OnePlus Nord series has gained immense popularity in India and around the world due to its combination of top-of-the-line features and affordability. The rumored OnePlus Nord 3 could be another game-changer in the smartphone industry, with its powerful SoC, triple camera setup, and fast charging capabilities. However, as with all rumors, it’s best to take these leaks with a grain of salt and wait for official announcements from the company.
