The device has a model number of SM-X816B and a peak clock speed of 3.36GHz, indicating that it will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 “For Galaxy” version, which is also used in the Galaxy S23 series.
RAM and Storage
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ is expected to feature 12GB of RAM, according to the Geekbench listing. It should come with at least 256GB of internal storage when it launches, along with Android 13 out of the box. One UI 5 will be the top layer on top of it.
