Samsung has recently launched its 4TB version of the T7 Shield Compact SSD exclusively for the Indian market. The T7 Shield SSD series is known for its compact size, lightweight, and fast performance. The 1TB and 2TB models were introduced last year, and with the launch of the 4TB model, Samsung aims to cater to the needs of customers who require more storage.

The T7 Shield Compact SSD has a size and weight equivalent to that of a Visa card, making it easy to carry in your pocket. The device is compatible with a range of devices, including smartphones and professional cameras, making it a versatile storage option.

The new 4TB model is available in blue, grey, and red colors and is priced between Rs 30,000 and Rs 35,000 in India. Customers can purchase the device from Samsung’s online store or retail locations, and it comes with a warranty of three years.

The read and write speeds of the 4TB SSD are impressive, with a speed of 1,050 MB/s and 1,000 MB/s, respectively. These speeds allow users to download a 5GB 4K video in about 8 seconds and a 3GB full HD video in 4.4 seconds. The SSD is compatible with PCs running Windows 7 or later, macOS 10 or later, and Android versions.

One of the notable features of the T7 Shield Compact SSD is its durability. The device has an IP652 rating, which means it can withstand dust, sand, and water splashes. Moreover, the SSD weighs only 98 grams, making it extremely lightweight and easy to carry.
