Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Vivo, is preparing to release its latest addition to the X90 series, the Vivo X90S. The device is expected to come with high-end features, including 12GB of RAM, and will run on Android 13 OS out of the box. The upcoming smartphone will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9200+ SoC, which is expected to be coupled with Mali G715 GPU.
Google Play Console listing also revealed that the Vivo X90S will feature a punch-hole display similar to the other X90 series phones. The device will have a 1260 x 2800 pixel resolution display, and the power and volume keys will be located on the right side of the device.
Dimensity 9200+ SoC
MediaTek’s Dimensity 9200+ SoC is expected to be officially announced on May 10. The upcoming X90S is expected to be the second smartphone, apart from the iQOO 8 Neo Pro, to feature the chipset. According to a previous leak by Tipster Digital Chat Station, the AnTuTu score of the Dimensity 9200+ processor is expected to be around 135,000, which is higher than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
Launch Date and Other Key Details
The launch date of the Vivo X90S has not yet been announced by the company. As of now, other key details of the smartphone, including battery capacity, camera specifications, and storage options, have not yet been revealed. However, more information is expected to surface in the coming weeks as the device appears on certifications and benchmark websites.
