Motorola is gearing up to introduce two new foldable phones, the Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40, on June 1st. The Lenovo-owned brand is expected to make a splash in the market with these devices, and recent reports suggest that the Razr 40 Ultra (known as Razr+ in the US) has made an appearance on the website of Saudi Arabian retailer Extra.com. The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is listed with a 6.9-inch main pOLED display featuring an FHD+ resolution and a center-aligned punch-hole cutout. It is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button, as well as a USB-C port. The device’s back panel showcases a sizable secondary screen that extends toward the camera sensors and an LED flash unit. Although the size of the secondary display remains unknown, it is estimated to measure around 3.5 inches. The retailer’s website reveals that the foldable phone will be available in Viva Magenta, Glacier Blue, and Black color options.

Under the hood, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is powered by an eight-core octa-core chipset clocked at 3.20GHz, likely the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. It boasts 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, with no support for a microSD card slot. The device is listed with a 3,800mAh battery that supports wireless charging. It will come pre-installed with Android 13 OS. The foldable phone’s dual rear camera setup reportedly includes a 32MP main sensor and an 8MP lens, while the front-facing selfie camera is expected to be either 12MP or 13MP.
Additional specifications, such as the size of the secondary display, refresh rate, and wired charging speed, have yet to be disclosed.
