The price of the Vida V1 Plus has been reduced by Rs 25,000, while the Vida V1 Pro has become cheaper by Rs 19,000. Vida V1 scooters are now on par with premium models
The price reduction on the Vida V1 Plus and Vida V1 Pro has helped the two electric vehicles (EVs) come on par with popular premium electric scooters in India, such as the Ola S1 Pro and the Ather 450X. The Vida V1 scooters are equipped with some of the latest technologies, making them an attractive proposition for consumers.
Vida V1 Plus and Vida V1 Pro specifications
The Vida V1 Plus and Vida V1 Pro are both powered by a 6kW PMSM motor with an integrated gearbox and controller. The Vida V1 Plus is fitted with a 3.44kWh battery, while the Vida V1 Pro has a 3.94kWh battery. Both models have removable batteries and are capable of covering long distances on a single charge. The Vida V1 Plus offers a claimed range of 143km, while the Vida V1 Pro offers 165km.
Other notable features of the Vida V1 scooters include connected tech, which allows riders to connect their smartphones to the scooter, telescopic front suspension, spring coil rear suspension, 12-inch alloy wheels, and disc brakes. The Vida V1 Pro is available at Rs 1,25,000 (ex-showroom) after getting a price cut of Rs 19,000. These prices include state-wise FAME II subsidy and a portable charger. In some cities, the scooters maybe even cheaper due to additional state-provided incentives.
The Vida V1 scooters are available across 11 cities in India, including New Delhi and Ahmedabad. The scooters are now available in three color options: white, red, and orange (only on Vida V1 Pro).
