The smartphone company iQOO has announced the launch of iQOO Connect, a community forum.Similar to Realme’s community forum, iQOO Connect will be open to all iQOO users.Since May 31, 2022, iQOO users have already been able to join the iQOO Community.The company has now established its own support forum to address all issues and solicit feedback regarding its products.
Users will be able to collaborate, learn about innovation, share feedback, create experiences, and develop a deeper connection with the brand, according to the company.It will also be a new entry point for the most recent company updates, e-sports, sale alerts, special offers, and invitations to events.
What is iQOO Connect?
A group of iQOO phone owners is called iQOO Connect.Similar to a community, it offers members exclusive benefits and regular feedback.
Since its launch on May 31, 2022, more than 2000 people have registered for iQOO Connect.Through screening and interviews, the company selected 500 of those individuals.According to the company, over 60% of its iQOO Connect users are between the ages of 18 and 25.
The business conducted a number of contests, participated in a number of activities, shared content, and held on-the-ground sessions with the brand and product teams for direct engagement and feedback during the early testing phase.Users can now invite their friends to try out the community forum from the company.iQOO currently has more than 5,000 registered users, of which ten serve as moderators.

iQOO 11 Series Send off Delayed
