Samsung expanded its wearable lineup with the official launch of the Galaxy Watch 8 and Galaxy Watch 8 Classic at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event held in New York on July 9. With a fresh design, improved battery life, upgraded internals, and deeper health tracking features, these smartwatches aim to redefine premium wristwear in 2025.

The Galaxy Watch 8 lineup debuts a squircle-shaped case, blending classic curves with modern aesthetics. Samsung offers two sizes for the Watch 8—40mm and 44mm—while the Watch 8 Classic comes in a larger 46mm stainless steel case with a functional rotating bezel and a Sapphire glass coating.
