Motorola, renowned for its smartphones, seems poised to make a splash in the tablet market once again with the anticipated launch of the Moto Tab G84. While the brand has been busy unveiling new smartphones, such as the mid-range Moto Edge 40 Neo, it has been relatively quiet on the tablet front since the release of the Moto Tab G62 LTE. However, a recent report has provided intriguing glimpses of the upcoming Moto Tab G84 through leaked renders.

Design and Build

According to an Appauls report, Motorola is gearing up to introduce the Moto Tab G84 in the Indian market. This tablet is expected to serve as the successor to the Tab G70, which made its debut in 2022. The leaked renders of the Moto Tab G84 suggest that it will retain some design elements seen in previous Motorola tablets, notably the prominent bezels.

The device features a single 8-megapixel camera setup on its dual-tone back panel. While the build material remains unconfirmed from the images, there are indications that the tablet may sport a robust metallic body.

One standout design feature of the Moto Tab G84 is its landscape-oriented selfie camera, which hints at the tablet’s potential for multimedia and video conferencing capabilities. The rear of the tablet showcases a small cut-out, likely designed for a magnetic connector, indicating compatibility with a stylus pen—a valuable addition for productivity tasks. The iconic Motorola logo takes center stage on the tablet’s back, reaffirming its brand identity.

Audio and Connectivity

The Moto Tab G84 is also expected to deliver an impressive audio experience, thanks to JBL speakers with support for Dolby Atmos. This audio enhancement promises immersive sound quality for users.

Examining the tablet’s edges, a Pogo PIN connection with three contact points on the bottom edge suggests the possibility of a docking interface for a keyboard accessory. This feature could enhance the tablet’s functionality, making it suitable for both work and leisure. On the right side of the tablet, you’ll find two speakers and a USB-C port, further expanding its connectivity options.

Specifications

While specific specifications are yet to be officially confirmed, the Moto Tab G84 is expected to offer compelling performance. To meet the demands of modern tablet users, it will likely feature a capable processor, ample RAM, and sufficient storage. The tablet’s display is anticipated to provide vibrant visuals, making it suitable for a range of tasks, from streaming content to browsing the web and handling productivity applications.

Launch Date

As for the tablet’s detailed specifications and official launch date, these aspects remain shrouded in mystery. As more information emerges, we anticipate gaining a clearer picture of what the Moto Tab G84 has to offer. Stay tuned for further updates as we eagerly await Motorola’s next tablet venture.
